Another Hacking Victim: TV Station
Reports from The Guardian says that a leading pan-Arab TV station was forced to change its domain name reports as sectarian cyber warfare in the Middle East claimed its highest-profile victim yet. “Al-Arabiya Television, based in Dubai, is taking legal action in the US to prevent further hacking after its website was hit by ‘organized cyber piracy by extremists,’ the channel said at the weekend.”
